Hey! It’s me, Javi, the founder. This is an evergreen post where I compile professionals and teams that are doing interesting work in the bidding and proposals industry, with or without being in technology.
There’s a wave of creators and builders in the proposals niche that has been gaining momentum since 2021 or so. If you want to be part of that, this list is a good start.
Most of the list is from peers I’ve done some type of collaboration with, like guest posts and content exchange, but none of these are paid placements.
Christina Carter
Do you know when someone spends years playing in the major leagues and then shares top-of-the-game secrets with the rest of us?
Yes, it’s a blessing, and sometimes, how entire industries move forward.
One person doing precisely that for B2B Enterprise RFPs is Chris Carter. If you’re in that game, it’s a must-follow:
- Writes a great B2B enterprise proposals newsletter here >>
- Posts gems about her strategic RFX methodology on LinkedIn >>
Darrell Woodward
You may not believe this, but Darrell was into proposal automation and AI before ChatGPT happened.
Yeah, I know, crazy to think about it now that you can meet a dozen of “AI experts” everywhere you go. Picking the right expert has become the key move, and Darrell is one.
Follow for proposal automation, bidding with AI, and bidding using social media intel (I think he’s also a visionary with this last one).

A lot of companies have jumped on the AI wagon since November 2022, but the folks behind Bidding Limited are focusing on a step nobody else talks about: the bid library problem.
We all know a solid bid library—full of reusable content, case studies, and those last-minute certificates—can save time and boost quality. But the reality is that, even if we all know, nobody has the time.
So using AI to solve that particular problem is a clever approach and I’d bet they’re in for a big win. Check how they’re doing here:
Bidding Quarterly
Issued by the Bidding Solutions team, the BQ publication offers an award-winning deep dive for professionals working with RFPs, bids, and proposals.
They’ve assembled fantastic experts who share their insights so everyone in the industry can keep developing skills and knowledge.
